Returns & Refund Policy

At OnlineSastaBazaar, we source and fulfill all orders through our trusted dropshipping partner Markaz. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is significantly different from what was described

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging
  • Perishable goods, intimate/personal items, and hygiene products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Change-of-mind returns

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will coordinate the return pickup through Markaz logistics.
  4. Do not ship the item back without prior approval β€” unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or COD cash return).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are returned as store credit or cash via JazzCash/Easypaisa within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
